Australian footwear label Sol Sana has launched an online store to the domestic market.
Following two years of research and planning the brand has expanded from a website hosting product information to a fully functional ecommerce platform.
Key features of the site include interactive lookbooks, free shipping over $150, customer support centre, streamlined returns service and access to offers through its newsletter.
Sol Sana CEO Michael Shandler believes launching the estore was the next step in consolidating the brand's presence on home soil.
“The expansion into an ecommerce store will enable our customer to see the full Sol Sana seasonal collections in one place, as well as reach consumers who may not be serviced by a retail store particularly in regional Australia.
“It also gives the brand an opportunity to connect directly with its customers, which will be beneficial from a business perspective and contribute to the direction and growth of Sol Sana.”
The brand will aim to launch ecommerce platforms in North America and Europe over the next six months.
