Men's footwear retailer Julius Marlow has announced the launch of the next generation of the brand's O2 motion technology footwear.
The new technology, created in the brand's Melbourne headquarters, was developed in direct response to the increasing consumer expectations for high-performance footwear suitable for the working week.
The range will be sold in Myer, David Jones, Mountfords, selected independent retailers and the Julius Marlow online store.
Julius Marlow brand manager Craig Wissler said the new range answered the consumer need for a product that was workplace appropriate but also featured a level comfort on par with running shoes.
"We noticed a gap in the market for men's footwear that was appropriate for the office, but with the elevated technological properties of your favourite running shoes.
"These days, comfort is a given but we wanted to give more to our customers by creating business shoes that are engineered to perform.
"The new range seamlessly combines function and versatility without compromising on the style our customers expect from our brand."
The new technology combines a polymer airpod in the heel, a torsion stabiliser between the heel and forepart and flex channels to provide comfort and flexibility for the wearer.
The O2 motion range is available in three styles, Rio, Rome and Reading, all retailing for $199.95.
