Ecco has launched its 'Anine Squared' toe range in Australia, revealing the brand's take on the global square-toe flat trend.
"The new Ecco Anine Squared range offers modern, style-conscious women a contemporary, elegant alternative to the traditional round-toed silhouette," Ecco Australia said in a statement.
"With its feminine, minimalist, classic and extremely versatile aesthetic, the Ecco Anine Squared collection can be easily dressed up or down for almost any occasion," the brand said.
The launch of the Anine Squared collection flags Ecco's keen pursuit of footwear trends, which was also demonstrated with the launch of its St. 1 and St. 1 Lite shoe collections in May.
Ecco Australia GM Jeff Karger said the strategy delivers results for the brand.
"The ability to combine on trend colours and detailing with Ecco’s renowned comfort and technology...continues to do well," Karger said in May.
While the St. 1 collections delivered on the demand for althleisure seen throughout the pandemic, the Anine Squared range meets the demand for all-day comfort and versatility.
"With consumers increasingly looking for shoes that give them all-day comfort, the Ecco Anine Squared is made with our own FluidForm Direct Comfort Technology for ultra-modern cushioning and rebound," Ecco Australia said.
"Set on a direct-injected PU sole that is flexible, lightweight and comfortable, and built with an anatomical last, the Ecco Anine Squared has a natural fit and feel," the brand said.
Ecco's leathers are developed in the brand's own tanneries and produced in the brand's own factories.
