St. Agni, a small, family-run brand based out of Byron Bay, has revealed its upcoming summer footwear collection.
The new range features a mixture of new colourways for existing styles, as well as new introductions to the brands' footwear offering.
Revamping popular leather styles such as the Corfu woven slides and the Paris woven mule, the hand-made range focuses on natural, earthy tones and comfort, inspired by the Australian summer. New styles to be added include the Otago slide and the Jun sandal.
The colour range for the line has expanded beyond black, vintage tan and almond and now includes tan and army green.
Designer and founding director, Lara Fells, said that the line provides a new take on staple products and designs.
“This season we wanted to revive our most popular staple styles and devote the collection to simplistic, effortless and comfortable designs that align with the brands' ‘less-is-more’ philosophy.”
St. Agni footwear is hand-crafted in Indonesia by independent artisans, so each pair is slightly different.
Director, Matt Fells, said that a close relationship with the artisans ensures consistency throughout every collection.
“We take pride in the relationships we have with the people and factories they choose to work with. It is only by working directly with the artisans that we can ensure the quality and continuity of our products.”
The summer collection will be available in September on the St. Agni website and select stockists. The range will retail for between $149-$259.
