The Athlete’s Foot has partnered with the McGrath Foundation to raise funds and awareness by turning pink to launch “The Perfect Fit to Make a Difference” campaign.
From August 28 to September 10, The Athlete’s Foot will be donating $5 from every pair of Women’s running styles sold to the McGrath Foundation.
Money raised will support McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia and help to increase breast health understanding.
“Breast Cancer affects so many families across Australia and many of our The Athlete’s Foot community,” The Athlete’s Foot head of marketing Deena Colman said.
“Our partnership with McGrath Foundation has so many synergies and knowing the importance of exercise to support overall well-being, ties back to our priority of finding the perfect fit to suit any foot shape for all types of activities.”
The campaign will be running in store and online with all The Athlete’s Foot owned channels turning pink for the two week campaign period.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our wonderful partners like The Athlete’s Foot who allow us to continue funding McGrath Breast Care Nurses to ensure that families going through breast cancer have access to this service for free,” McGrath Foundation director Tracy Bevan said.
“We’re encouraging everyone to get on board, grab a pair of women’s running shoes and put their best foot forward for breast cancer.”
