Italian footwear brand Superga is set to launch its first Australian concept store in Topshop.

It's part of the brand's active growth strategy in the region following last month's announcement that it has joined e-tailer Stylerunner's brand portfolio.

The pop-up will reside in Topshop's Chapel St store and will carry three core womens styles from its latest range including the 2750 Cotu Classic in white, black, navy, scarlet, red and khaki, the Cotu slip on in white and navy, and the 2750 Cotushirt in blue-white.

Superga trend imports general manager of brands Helder Borges said that the decision to partner with Topshop Australia could be a test run before opening its own permanent retail space.

“The Superga introduction into Australia has been carefully thought out.

“Partnering with an international giant like Topshop for the brands first pop-up store in Australia not only allows us to make the brand more accessible, but allows Superga to test the waters before launching their own stand alone store.”

In celebration of the launch, a large 'Ciao' welcome mat and an Italian vespa will be situated at the entrance of the concept store to mark the brands heritage.

The Superga concept store will open next Thursday 22 October.

Prices for the collection will range from $89.95-$99.95.
