Uniqlo, JD Sports, General Pants Co and Glue Store will open new stores at Westfield Knox in Victoria later this year.
The openings form part of a $355 million redevelopment at the centre, which will include a relocated food court.
Glue Store GM Laura Ghannoum confirmed the brand will offer a range of streetwear brands for the market.
“We are excited to present our unique exclusive mix of premium and on trend brands to elevate customer’s looks from head to toe, including Nude Lucy, Carhartt WIP, Polo Ralph Lauren, Article One and Stussy to name a few.”
Level 1 at the centre has already been redeveloped, featuring approximately 50 retail partners and food catering business.
Level 2 is a retail mix of over 20 new and existing business partners across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, youth and homewares, including Rebel, Decjuba, Gorman, Forever New and Kathmandu opened in June.
Other completed works include a full-sized FIBA grade basketball court and kids play area, as well as the introduction of gender-neutral amenities and a calm room.
The next phase includes a reimagined food court, the introduction of mini-majors, a 2,00 square metre public library, and improved accessibility including a regularly scheduled ‘quiet hour’ event to be implemented in cente.
“Our vision for Westfield Knox is really coming to life,” Westfield Knox centre manager Kristian Nicholls said. “We’re looking forward to sharing more exciting updates on the transformation with our customers and welcoming them to the launch of our new fashion and food precincts later this year.”
