Global athletic brand Under Armour has made an investment in ISC Sport (ISC), becoming a shareholder of the Australian custom teamwear provider.

Through this partnership, ISC’s existing product lines will transition to Under Armour Teamwear over the coming seasons, blending the global brand’s product knowledge with ISC’s local expertise.

The first phase of the partnership will launch on January 30, 2025, with the introduction of a basketball teamwear range and an online customiser tool that allows teams to design bespoke uniforms.

ISC services over 2,500 amateur clubs, leagues and schools through a made-to-order business model, and reportedly connects with more than 800,000 athletes annually through its social partnerships with major league and governing bodies. It has a made-to-order business model.

"As a Sports House, Under Armour’s mission is to make all athletes better,” Under Armour Oceania managing director Fernando Reani said. “This partnership with ISC allows us to extend that mission to grassroots and community-level athletes across Oceania, connecting with emerging youth through team sports and fostering brand love for Under Armour.

“By combining our global performance expertise with ISC’s strong local foundation, we’re expanding our capabilities to better serve professional teams, setting a new standard in teamwear and empowering athletes to perform their best at every level."

ISC CEO and managing director Jason Schulman welcomed the partnership with Under Armour.

"For decades, ISC has focused on delivering high-quality, custom teamwear solutions to clubs and athletes across Australia,” Schulman said. “Partnering with Under Armour is a natural evolution of our journey, bringing the best of global performance innovation to local athletes and reinforcing our commitment to quality and service."
