Australian bamboo apparel business Bamboozld has joined the list of fashion retailers throwing their support behind Thread Together to support flood-affected Aussies.
Bamboozld joins fellow fashion businesses such as APG & Co, Aje, The Iconic and Oroton that are supporting Thread Together with its flood relief efforts.
Bamboozld will donate clothing essentials such as socks, underwear and sleepwear to the organisation.
Bamboozld business development manager, Jacquie McGowan said the business is devastated by the impact the floods have had on communities across Australia's eastern seaboard.
"This partnership with Thread Together will ensure that families in need have access to quality basics that we hope will provide some comfort.
"Socks and underwear are often among the most needed clothing items, yet the least donated and we are glad to be able to help close the gap," she said.
In addition to its own donation, Bamboozld is giving its customers the opportunity to support Thread Together too.
Beginning yesterday, for every essentials purchase made online – including socks, underwear and sleepwear – Bamboozld will donate a matched item to Thread Together’s flood relief efforts.
The flood relief items are available on the Bamboozld website now and retail from $14.95 to $69.95.
