Global online retailer Shein partnered with preventative health charity Pink Hope to launch Generation Pink, a campaign encouraging Australian women to discover their hereditary health story.

Shein has donated $50,000 towards the Generation Pink cause, which will support Pink Hope in its company mission.

This is the latest in a series of local activations for the online retailer, which has staged runway shows and pop-up stores in Australia this year.

Pink Hope spokesperson Sarah Powell said the funding will be used to support its work with the community.

“We are a small but mighty team, working day in and day out with a tight-knit community of at-risk or recently diagnosed women to ensure they have the information, resources and support they need to take the next step for themselves, and help disrupt the family cancer cycle.

“In a word, this funding means scale—more women, more lives, more impact.”
