Global footwear brand Reebok has extended its partnership with Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League (NBL) in a new contract agreement.

Running for the 2023-2024 season, the new agreement includes Pumped by Reebok courtside seats at select games for fans, celebrities and influencers.

Reebok will also team up with 2022 WNBL MVP (most valuable player) Anneli Maley to present season two of her podcast Under The Surface.

“Reebok has burst back onto the basketball scene in recent years and its alignment with the NBL is a natural fit for both companies,” NBL chief partnerships officer Lauren Hansen said.

“Reebok’s general manager, Ash Sampson, has been influential in implementing Reebok into the NBL ecosystem and we thank their entire team for embracing our competition.

“As a League, we are committed to lifting Reebok’s standing in the global basketball scene, and we will keep integrating their brand into our ecosystem.”

Reebok’s range of shoes will be highlighted throughout NBL, with select players wearing them during games, the commentary team wearing the brand’s lifestyle range, and ranges released throughout the campaign.

Reebok Pacific head of marketing James Chan welcomed the “groundbreaking” partnership with the NBL.

"This marks a pivotal moment for us, and we couldn't be prouder,” Chan said. “This year, you'll witness a completely reimagined presence of Reebok in Basketball.

“By showcasing the pinnacle of Reebok’s apparel and footwear, we aim to captivate consumers while sharing the remarkable story of our rich brand heritage.”

The 2023/24 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season begins on September 28, when Melbourne United versus the South East Melbourne Phoenix at John Cain Arena.
