Sportswear brand Rebel has unveiled its newly expanded store at Warringah Mall, channeling new customer experience initiatives.
The store has been designed to help customers achieve their fitness goals in a personalised shopping experience.
It features a dedicated area where customers can meet with highly trained ‘Fitness Experts’ by appointment to chat about finding the right products for their training needs, and a new Yoga and Pilates section that carries the latest equipment, apparel, and accessories.
The revamp also provides customers with the opportunity to trial sporting goods before buying at the in-store Football Experience Zone.
Rebel MD Gary Williams welcomed the new store: “From the handpicked fitness experts to the fully-immersive Experience Zones, our shoppers will be met with an extraordinary level of support in-store to help them make informed purchase decisions and achieve their sporting goals."
The new store follows the opening the Rebel’s largest health and wellbeing destination in Chadstone Shopping Centre in Victoria two months ago. It marked the brand’s second store revamp in the centre, with its internal rCX store updated last year.
