Australian rural apparel brand RB Sellars has opened a hybrid apparel/equine store in Scone, New South Wales.
The store concept is the first of its kind for RB Sellars, stocking both RB Sellars’ core workwear and its new equine accessories range. Equine refers to horses.
Located on Campbell’s Corner at 167 Kelly Street, the store’s equine range will include horse supplements, tack and riding apparel.
Local equine and other rural businesses in the Scone region will also be a focus for the brand, serviced through RB Sellars established business-to-business arm.
“We are excited to be opening our first hybrid apparel/equine store in Scone, the horse capital of Australia,” RB Sellars general manager Adam Wilkinson said.
“At RB Sellars, rural community is at the core of everything we do. Our aim is to create a destination for the local community in Scone and surrounds where they can easily access our hard-wearing workwear, practical country essentials and quality equine accessories in the heart of town.”
RB Sellars Scone will be open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
The rural apparel brand was born in 1996 as a catalogue business, beginning with the release of its first menswear collection which included the Burton Workshirt.
The range now includes functional and hard-wearing workwear for both men and women, plus a large collection of casual wear, farm wear and a teen and kids range.
Including Scone, RB Sellars now operates 17 stores along Australia’s east coast as well as a dedicated website.
The brand is owned by The Propel Group, which also owns Rossi Boots, DrizaBone, as well as equestrian brands Goodwoods and NatEquest.
