Ragtrader Live Sydney will return to the stage next month as industry leaders reveal how powerful ideas become reality.

‘Fashion Uncut: How Big Ideas Come To Life’ is a half-day conference scheduled to take place at the Australian Maritime Museum on May 23. Secure your spot here.

Ragtrader can reveal the first phase of speakers joining the lineup, including KMD Brands chief legal and ESG officer Frances Blundell, David Jones chief marketing officer James Holloman and Marquee Retail Group chairman Bernie Brookes.

Rebel head of marketing Brock Coleman and Platypus head of marketing Briony Kent will also join the stage as part of the event.  

Ragtrader publisher Assia Benmedjdoub said the conference has been curated at an important time for the industry.

“As the Australian fashion retail sector navigates changes to the macroeconomic climate, the power of big ideas and strategies has never been more important. Through this program, we will present how to convert ideas into reality and provide an opportunity to learn and network with the industry’s brightest lights.”

The morning conference will feature a series of presentations and panel discussions, including a session from industry stalwart Bernie Brookes on the acquistion and transformational ideas behind the return of Colette by Colette Hayman and a deep dive into making triple B-Corp certification a reality from KMD Brands’ Frances Blundell.
