Australian bootmaker R.M.Williams has introduced bespoke embroidery for the first time as a value-add service to Valentine’s Day gift ranges.
R.M.Williams has recruited an embroidery artist to add initials or a love heart motif across selected garments over a four-day activation at its Sydney flagship store. Customers can personalise their designs with various font and thread colour options.
The embroidery service is 10 minutes in duration and complimentary with purchases. It will join existing in-store services such as leather debossing and made-to-order belts.
Complimentary leather debossing is a newly introduced service available on an ongoing basis through belts, bags and other suitable leather items. The build-your-own-belt service covers a range of leather types, colours and hardware options.
The services are part of the recently opened George Street Street flagship, which includes the brand’s largest curved boot wall and a purpose-built digital showroom.
