R.M.Williams will design and create the official uniforms for the Australia Paralympic Team ahead of the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games.
This latest partnership marks the eighth consecutive Paralympic Games that R.M.Williams has supplied uniforms for, following collaborations for Australian Paralympic Teams at every summer and winter Games since Vancouver 2010.
The brand’s support of Australia’s sporting teams also includes the supply of uniforms for the two most recent Commonwealth Games and a multi-year partnership with Rugby Australia.
“We’re incredibly proud to continue our partnership with Paralympics Australia and showcase our unique national spirit on a global stage,” R.M.Williams CEO Paul Grosmann said.
“The determination and true grit of Australia’s Paralympic Teams are qualities that we can all take inspiration from, and we look forward to kitting them out for a confident return to Paralympic competition in Paris.”
The uniforms, which will be officially unveiled in 2024, will take inspiration from the R.M.Williams product range.
It will include a range of separates in tones of green and gold, with Australian-made belts and socks, alongside hats from Akubra - also made in Australia.
It will also include accessible adjustments for athletes, including easy fastenings, elasticated waist brands and a transition from button-up shirts to polos.
The Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games will run from August 28 to September 8, 2024.
