Global jewellery retailer Pandora has appointed Beth Glancey as its new general manager of the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) cluster.

Glancey has been the chief operations officer at Aje for the last two years, and has over 15 years of experience leading beauty and fashion retail businesses.

Prior to Aje, Glancey was the GM of Australian resale and rental platform AirRobe and was ANZ GM of Sephora under LVMH. She has also held executive roles at David Jones and Toys ‘R’ Us

As part of the global Phoenix Strategy, Pandora reported it remains dedicated to accelerating growth in the ANZ cluster while enhancing its position as a full jewellery brand.

Pandora is confident that Beth is the leader to drive this vision and take the cluster to new heights.

“Pandora stood out to me for its globally unique brand, and its unwavering dedication to accessibility, craftsmanship and sustainable innovation,” Glancey said. “The brand has been through an incredible transformation over the past few years and I am excited to be part of this ongoing evolution. I very much look forward to joining the team in June.”

Beth will commence with Pandora at the North Sydney head office on June 2, 2025.

Her appointment comes as like-for-like sales in Pandora’s Australian market fell by 4 per cent in 2024 amid subdued consumer sentiment, according to Pandora’s 2024 annual report.

The Australian market makes up 3 per cent of the brand’s global sales, with local 2024 revenue at 1.09 billion Danish Krone (~A$265.8 million).

Total global sales for Pandora were 31.2 billion Danish Krone, which equals around A$7.73 billion.

Pandora jewellery is sold in more than 100 countries through 6,800 points of sale, including more than 2,700 concept stores.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora employs 37,000 people worldwide and crafts its jewellery using only recycled silver and gold.
