Luxury Swiss watchmaker Omega has opened its newest flagship boutique in Perth’s Murray Street luxury precinct.
The 252.25 square-metre store is located on the corner of Wolf Lane and Murray Street and is housed in a 19th-century building.
The new store represents the first corporate boutique in Western Australia for Omega, and the seventh boutique across the country. Omega currently has a retail presence in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
A giant golden astronaut is a key feature at the front of the new store, standing at three metres tall, with other key features of the store including a 150-rod chandelier, a fully-equipped bar/reception and a VIP suite for one-on-one experiences.
The boutique also features Omega’s defined scent which includes fig, bergamot and notes of floral and wood.
“Our new boutique in Perth is a symbol of Omega’s growing presence in Australia, which continues to be a significant and important market for our brand,” Omega president and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann said.
“We’re delighted to have our first flagship boutique in Western Australia and connect with new clients across the region. It’s an exciting store inside a beautiful historic building, and we look forward to welcoming everyone inside.”
Omega’s four core collections will be stocked at the new flagship store, including the Constellation, Seamaster, Speedmaster, and De Ville collections. The brand’s fine jewellery and fragrance collections are also available.
Omega was born in 1848 and has since grown to over 350 boutiques worldwide.
