The $87 million transformation of Warriewood Square Shopping Centre is now live.

The revitalised Warriewood Square includes a brand new Aldi, more than 30 new specialty stores, an expanded and upgraded Woolworths, together with a latest layout and design format Kmart – the only one in the trade area.

The development is a joint project between Vicinity Centres and ISPT.

In addition to around 8,000 square metres of new retail space, the existing centre has also undergone a complete transformation with a signature relaxed coastal style throughout.

Vicinity Centres director of development Jon Savell said the centre is a unique offer for Northern Beaches residents in Sydney.

“This modern, convenient family-friendly shopping centre now offers our customers greater choice and variety with more than 110 specialty stores and kiosks calling Warriewood Square home.”

Customer access has also been upgraded with a new multi deck car park, increasing the number of car spaces to 1,450 and adding more than 700 new undercover car spaces including parents with pram bays.

The 18-month development project created 600 new jobs during construction along with 300 additional ongoing retail and hospitality roles at the centre.

Vicinity Centres has a development pipeline totalling $3.8 billion.
