Streetwear brand Nana Judy will launch a new childrenswear range into David Jones and Myer in 2023.

Founder Glenn Coleman said the deal is an extension of the brand's current partnership with both department stores.

“Being in both of Australia’s leading department stores is a big testament to the brand’s success and maturity. The brand is in high demand with a strong loyal customer base and performs above targets in both stores.

"Nana Judy is known for its premium streetwear and having the brand available in both stores is important brand positioning within the Australian market. We can provide to our customers all over Australia in premium retail settings and to support this we even provide separate collections and exclusive styles.

"With the USA we are in the key premium department stores selling well, as customers gravitate to big brands and it helps push demand further, this is also in essence the same with Australia.”

Nana Judy operates showrooms in New York and LA and it is stocked in locations such as Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Saks and Neiman Marcus.

Coleman said the brand has reported a 49% jump in yoy retail sales for 2022, with online sales up 94% on the previous year.

“I’m most proud of the brand’s maturity and positive impact on future generations such as expanding our product range into childrenswear, our carbon neutral certification path and our social partnerships,” Coleman said.
