Accessories brand Mimco has enlisted Dutch model Damaris Goddrie to front its 20th birthday campaign.
The brand is set to launch a fully integrated marketing campaign featuring Goddrie alongside its new season 1.16 collection later this month.
Goddrie has gained global traction securing runway stints with the likes of Balmain, Carven, Fendi, JW Anderson, Kenzo and Missoni.
Mimco managing and creative director Cathryn Wills believes Goddrie reflects the company's mission since its inception into the market 20 years ago.
“Over the past two decades, Mimco has been committed to quality, diversity and creativity.
“For our 20th birthday campaign, The Montage, we wanted to work with an emerging model who was making their mark on the fashion world by embodying those same values.
“With her inner strength and confidence, she personifies a woman walking to the beat of her own drum.
“The campaign featuring Goddrie, celebrates the mid ‘90s where it all began, where Mimco proudly stands today, and where the brand is heading into the future.”
Mimco launched in Australia in 1996 and has since opened its doors to around 110 retail sites nationally and globally in New Zealand and South Africa.
The brand is set to host an official 20th anniversary soiree in its hometown of Melbourne in February.
