M.J Bale has released a new range of event-specific tailoring for spring 2022, as the menswear brand anticipates a surge in gatherings.

M.J. Bale’s Spring 2022 campaign, which encourages its customers to hit a ‘Spring Upswing’, was shot in Perth by local photographer-director Jason Capobianco.

The new range of event-specific tailoring has been produced in white, sand and taupe colours.

Heroes include the stretch-cotton Fresco suit, the Solferino bold check wool suit, and the wool-silk-linen Cremona tuxedo jacket with peak lapels.

The latter, as well as new lightweight wool-silk-linen blazers in sandy-brown hues, are woven by Italy’s Loro Piana textile mill.

Also woven in Italy by the centuries-old Vitale Barberis Canonico are wool-linen double-breasted jackets in Neapolitan-inspired blues.

M.J. Bale has also released its signature smarter-casual garments as part of the season, with new colorways, prints and fabrications.

The three-piece seersucker Gatsby suit has been re-issued in a puckered green-white stripe, while the Bottega has been introduced as a three-piece suit and blouson in pebble-coloured Prince of Wales check cloth.

Floral and graphic print shirts, designed exclusively for M.J. Bale, are also part of the mix while new releases include the taupe-coloured suede Connery aviator jacket and the Brunswick denim biker jacket.

Rounding out the range are cotton-cashmere knit polos in pastel pinks, mint, grey and sky blue and 100% French linen Bradfield shirts in new colours such as peach, pistachio, solar and silver grey.
