Lululemon has opened its third location in South Australia, bringing its total store count to 36 across Australia.

South Australia has seen a number of activewear brands expand across the market, with Rebel launching its first CX store in April and Nike expanding Unite in November.

The new store in Marion adds to Lululemon’s existing sites at Rundle Mall and Burnside. The athleisure brand entered the Australian market in 2004.

“We are thrilled to be expanding our presence in South Australia, with the arrival of our Lululemon Marion store,” Lululemon area director AU NZ Trevor Holland said. “This new store, along with the additional retail projects we have delivered this year, allows us to introduce the brand to new guests while meeting more of our existing guests in new and refreshed spaces.

“The new Lululemon store in Marion offers an elevated brand expression, with a greater assortment of the product our South Australian guests they know and love.”

The 297sqm lululemon Marion store is located at Westfield Marion, the largest shopping centre in South Australia. It stocks the Lululemon range across mens, womens and accessories. This includes lululemon’s core On The Move, Yoga, Run and Train ranges as well as the new ‘Play’ category, which currently includes new products for golf, tennis and hiking.

Lululemon also has eight stores in New Zealand, with a total store count of 44 across AU NZ.
