Australian sportswear retailer LSKD will open a new store in South Western Sydney's Macarthur Square Shopping Centre on July 8, taking its total store count to seven.

The Macarthur location becomes LSKD’s third store in New South Wales, adding to Miranda and Bondi Junction which were both opened earlier this year, with plans to open another store in Australia by the end of this year. The brand has two stores in Queensland, with one acting as its HQ in Loganholme, and a store in Melbourne’s Chadstone shopping centre.

In April this year, the brand opened its first international store in San Diego, California in the United States, which acts as LSKD's US headquarters.

The 145 sqm store in Macarthur Square will house its core styles, accessories and latest collections across men's, women's and unisex styles.

LSKD founder and CEO Jason Daniel said Macarthur is a key region for the brand.

"We are very excited to be opening another store for our community in NSW," Daniel said. "We are really looking forward to being a part of their local fitness community and providing an epic shopping experience for them."

The brand is expecting to attract hundreds of consumers on opening day, where they can swap any pair of tights or shorts for a new LSKD pair. 300 pairs of tights and shorts will be available, and LSKD will work closely with its partner Upparel to recycle or reuse the donated items.

There will also be goodie bags for the first 500 customers, and free coffee from Wildflower Society for the first 100 customers.
