Australian sportswear brand LSKD will open its latest store at Westfield Warringah Mall in Sydney’s Northern Beaches this weekend, bringing its global store count to 13.
The new store will cover 170 square metres and will sell a range of exclusive products as well as core styles and accessories across men’s, women’s and unisex categories. It will also feature a local community board covering local LSKD athletes and community news.
The new store comes less than a month since opening its first regional store in Toowoomba, adding to six in Queensland, four in New South Wales, two in Victoria and one in San Diego, California.
"Our team has worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to bring this store to life," LSKD founder and CEO Jason Daniel said.
"In the lead-up to the opening, we’ve already been connecting with the Northern Beaches fitness community, and we’re excited to support their fitness journey.”
In line with previous store openings, LSKD will offer a product swap, where the first 600 to enter the store can swap their used tights or shorts for a new pair from LSKD. All donated items will be shipped to Upparel for recycling.
LSKD chief retail officer Alex Shaughnessy said the new store location hits close to home.
“When I first moved to Australia, my first stop was Manly,” Shaughnessy said. “I lived in the Northern Beaches for a year before moving to Melbourne. I absolutely love this community and am thrilled to open a store here.”
The store will also offer exclusive ‘Northern Beaches’ T-shirts and hoodies, available only on opening day, August 3.
