Activewear retailer Lorna Jane has launched its first ever live stream, in a bid to connect with customers and drive eCommerce sales.

Taking to Instagram Live yesterday, founder Lorna Jane Clarkson launched the first in a series of digital presentations to customers.

Describing it as "devastating" time for the world, Clarkson confirmed she would take to the screen again this Friday.

"Here at Lorna Jane, we just want to be here for you," she said. "Whether that's using our Active Living App...or Live Chat."

The activewear tycoon presented a series of looks from the new season, with careful distancing between models.

This included the brand's new 'No Ride Spliced Tight', featuring no front seam for added comfort.

"We worked really hard this one," she said of the $106.99 tight.

Customers were then invited to shop the range by swiping up on the app.

Clarkson is scheduled to make another presentation this Friday.
