Australian fashion brand JGR & STN (originally Jagger & Stone) has released its first-ever bridal/eventwear collection designed by co-founders Nikki Westcott and Lucy Jackson.
The range, designed for Westcott’s own wedding this year in Byron Bay, covers six styles, including two bridesmaid dresses worn by Jackson and close friend, Carlene Raschke, as well as four additional pieces for the bride’s inner circle to wear to the wedding.
This deviates from the brand’s core offering of casual cocktail-style dresses and outfits.
“Our customers have grown up alongside us over the years,” Westcott said. “The girls that partied in JGR & STN are also celebrating life milestones with us, this collection felt like a natural progression for our brand.
“My wedding was black tie, so we wanted the collection to feel luxe but still have the edge of JGR & STN.”
The new range has a price point ranging from $99.95 to $289.95 and will be available via the brand’s own website and exclusively stocked by The Iconic.
The collection was shot in Spain earlier this year. Facing a tight production timeline, the team reportedly received the final samples just in time overseas.
"Every woman has a story—and often an opinion—about bridesmaid dresses, especially when it's something chosen by a friend,” co-founder Jackson said. “We wanted to break the mould and create dresses that truly celebrate each bridesmaid individually, while still achieving a harmonious look.
“Our goal was to design something unique to each person, adaptable to different body types and styles, so everyone feels comfortable, beautiful, and part of the big day in their own way.”
JGR & STN was launched in 2018.
