Jeanswest has cashed in on the race that stops Mount Panorama.

The retailer has launched an exclusive Holden and Ford licensed tee collection.

The collection celebrates iconic moments captured in Bathurst racing history, ahead of this weekend's Bathurst 1000 event at Mount Panorama.

The limited edition tees feature classic racing cars from the '60s and '70s, captured in four iconic photographic moments.

These include the Holden LX Torana A9X, driven by Peter Brock and Jim Richards to take the 1978 win and; the 1977 one-two finish in Ford Falcon XC GS cars claimed by Allan Moffat and Jacky Ickx alongside teammates Colin Bond and Alan Hamilton.

Jeanswest menswear product manager Simon Quinn said the collaboration made perfect sense.

“Knowing the Jeanswest guy has a soft spot for cars, and with Bathurst being such an iconic Australian event, jumping on the opportunity to design this tee collection made perfect sense to us.”

The collection also honours the first ever Holden win on the Mount Panorama Circuit in 1968.

“With this year marking the 50th anniversary of the first Holden win at Bathurst, we had to include the Holden HK Monaro GTS 327 driven by Barry Mulholland and Bruce McPhee when they claimed victory that year,” Quinn said.

Jeanswest's iconic Bathurst Tee collection will be available in sizes S – XXL exclusively at Jeanswest across Australia and New Zealand for a limited time only.
