Forever New has announced its new returns service: Boomerang.
Launching April 23, the service will allow customers living in metro areas to return their online order without leaving their home.
Forever New customers can simply book a courier at a time and location of their choice.
Once booked, the courier will then pick up the parcel and deliver it directly to the Forever New warehouse where the refund will be processed.
The Boomerang service launches during the COVID-19 pandemic and will help to mitigate any consumer concerns around leaving the house to return a Forever New garment.
Forever New MD Carolyn Mackenzie said the business is thrilled to launch this new service.
"We are proud to be the first fashion retailer to launch this service in Australia.
"It is our top priority to provide our customers with easy and convenient ways to shop," she said.
The cost to use the service is the same as Forever New’s standard return postage costs.
