eBay.com.au has announced Myer as its newest retail partner.
The department store will join the platform, tapping into eBay Australia’s 8 million plus monthly visitors.
The eBay Myer store will feature a curated range of more than 10,000 products across a number of categories including Miss Shop, beauty, women’s, men’s, children & toys, home and electrical.
eBay senior director of retail growth Tim Mackinnon welcomed the move.
"Myer is an Australian icon and we are thrilled to welcome them on to eBay as they innovate and grow their online offering.
"Australian retailers are embracing change and looking for new ways to engage customers, both offline and online.
"We are proud to help Australian retailers by making it easier for shoppers to access the brands they know and love wherever, and however they choose to shop."
Myer chief digital and data officer Mark Cripsey also welcomed the partnership.
"Our online store is already one of the most popular shopping sites in Australia and our partnership with eBay is another opportunity for customers to connect with us in a way that suits them.
"With 7 out of 10 online shoppers already using eBay, our Myer store will give customers a new way to shop with us and enables us to further enhance their online experience."
Myer joins other Australian fashion retailers on the platform including Target, Bonds, Tarocash, City Beach and City Chic.
