Decjuba has launched a recruitment drive across Australia and New Zealand, with its #DREAMTEAM Recruitment Day on August 27.
Hosted at various store locations across Australia and New Zealand, the Recruitment Day will welcome up to 1000 new employees in the lead up to peak Christmas trading.
Interested candidates will not be required to supply a resume, with an an on-the-spot three minute interview required to progress to the next stage.
Decjuba CEO Tania Austin said the brand will be recruiting on people-based skills.

“Anyone that attends our recruitment day will be given the opportunity to interview. We can't wait to meet everyone and welcome more members to the Decjuba dream team."
DECJUBA’s #DREAMTEAM Recruitment Day will take place on Saturday 27 August between 10AM – 4PM at selected locations across Australia and New Zealand.
The initiative comes as Australian retailers navigate a changing recruitment market, with retail trade recording the highest increase in job vacancies of any industry.
