Country Road has continued its push into the food and lifestyle arena by launching a new cafe in the brand's recently refurbished Brighton store.
The Brighton Buoy, which launches in collaboration with The Almond Milk Co, will be supplied daily with fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads by Tommy Collins bakery ‘The Hamptons.’
The new cafe will also include a health focused in-store menu.
The Brighton Buoy will launch July 21, with health and wellness blogger Brooke Meredith creating a unique smoothie recipe as part of the opening.
