Calvin Klein has opened its a new lifestyle store in Melbourne, Victoria, marking the fifth store of its kind in Australia since 2019.

Located at Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, the new 270 square metre store offers a range of men’s and women’s offerings across underwear, jeans, performance wear, kids, and accessories and footwear.

The store’s design includes metal, concrete and wood with a minimal and modern aesthetic, and features campaign imagery around the store.

Calvin Klein was founded in New York in 1968. Its global retail sales were reportedly around $8.5 billion in 2021.

It was acquired by PVH in 2003,which has operations across 40 countries and also owns Tommy Hilfiger.

In May this year, PVH, through The PVH Foundation, announced US$10 million in funding over the new four years to global non-profit organisations.

In Australia, PVH said it will invest a total US$200,000 USD in providing young people from low socio-economic backgrounds access to opportunities in the fashion industry.

Partnering with Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN), The PVH Foundation will work to support programming for high school students and training for individuals with 'non-traditional' backgrounds.
