Calibre is set to grow its digital channels, following a recent upgrade of its retail footprint.
Calibre marketing manager Edin Zecevic said the brand has now unified customer experience across all channels.
"As many brands experienced, the pandemic required an immediate pivot in business strategy which relied more on eCommerce and digital marketing than ever before," he said.
"One of the more notable changes was our switch to a headless Shopify platform where which allowed us to completely overhaul our website design and give us endless opportunities in the way our customer interacts with us online.
"Whether our customer interacts with us primarily through our eCommerce or in-store channels, both sides of the business strive to provide an excellent level of service that our customer has come to expect."
Zecevic said the brand has also expanded outside its signature suiting categories.
"One of the biggest changes seen in the business was the expansion of our lifestyle range into a collection of luxurious, everyday staples that were relevant to what our customers wanted to wear now," he said.
"The initial success of this change allowed us to gain an understanding of what our customer wants, and we have continued to build upon this ever since.
"With the tailored side of the collection, these pieces still stay true to Calibre's values of providing quality product, great design and fit that set us apart from others in the market."
The move comes as Calibre rolls out its latest retail concept nationally, including new store openings and David Jones locations.
The brand's latest boutique in Melbourne's Chapel Street presents the brand’s updated retail vision and serves as a model for future stores.
Calibre GM Andrew Petersen said the new look reflects the evolution of the brand.
"Making the product the hero, and taking our customers on a journey throughout each part of our range," he explained.
"This concept will continue to roll out nationally in upcoming boutique openings. The concept will also flow through to our David Jones stores, coming soon to Bourke Street Mall."
