Australian sleep and loungewear brand Cachia has launched a new loyalty program called Cachia Club.

The loyalty program covers five tiers, with each level achieved through level of spend.

The program offers a birthday gift from tier 1, with tier 2 offering free shipping and tier 3 including entry to a monthly giveaway.

Customers spending over $1,000 annually will gain early access to holiday collections, while those spending over $5,000 will have the opportunity to name a set and be gifted that set for free.

Cachia was founded as an online sleepwear retailer by entrepreneur Leah Betts and social media personality Sophie Cachia in 2017. The brand ships globally.

Betts said the label has a customer return rate of 80-90%, which she said is driven by a 6 to 26 size range and affordable prices that average around $80 for jackets.

“As we just celebrated our 6th birthday, an incredibly significant milestone for us, we feel it is the perfect moment to launch our loyalty program as a way to express our gratitude to our customers for their unwavering support throughout our remarkable journey,” Betts said.

“Our incredible sleepwear brand exists because of our customers. They are the driving force behind our mission to create comfortable sleepwear for everyone.

“Without their support, none of this would be possible.”
