Larry Kestelman's fashion brands PAS Group and Brand Collective are set to merge together, to form one of Australia's largest fashion groups.
Kestelman acquired PAS Group and Brand Collective in October 2020 and July 2021 respectively and has previously told Ragtrader about creating synergies between the businesses.
The deal will come into effect on April 26 and will see the businesses come together under the Brand Collective name.
The business will house 26 brands and 15 licences, operate 300 retail locations, 250 wholesale accounts and employ 3000 staff.
Brands included in the portfolio are Superdry, Volley, Hush Puppies, Clarks, Review, Black Pepper, Replay and Mossimo.
Additionally, the Designworks licensing business produces brands including Everlast and Lonsdale.
Revenue within the combined group exceeds $600 million.
The new combined business will have a contactable customer base of 2.5 million.
The Brand Collective office will move from Port Melbourne to join the PAS Group office in Cremorne.
Eric Morris will be CEO of the combined group while former Shoes & Sox GM Lisa Shalem will become executive GM of the footwear division.
CEO Eric Morris welcomed the move.
"We are excited to merge the two businesses, enabling the brands to continue to expand.
"We will be working hard to grow the business through both continued organic growth and complementary acquisitions," he said.
