Australian fashion house Aje is combining its three brands - Aje, Aje Athletica and Ikkari - in a new company group called the Aje Collective, with cofounders Adrian Norris and Edwina Forest stepping into new roles.
Adrian Norris is now Aje Collective Group CEO and Edwina Forest becomes creative director at large.
The new group has also appointed three new CEOs to lead each of the brands. Former Sephora GM Beth Glancey is now CEO of the Aje brand, former GM of Ikkari Nadia Lotter is now CEO of Aje Athletica, and former Camilla head of retail Stephanie Leathers is CEO of Ikkari. Leathers is also the former chief operating officer of the Aje fashion house.
The three brands are expected to remain separate from each other, with Aje being designer women's clothing, Aje Athletica as athleisure, and Ikkari focusing on health and wellness.
Meanwhile, former Foxtel Group HR director Elyse Lowry joins the C-Suite as chief people officer.
"To be surrounded by extremely talented and nurturing female leaders marries with our ethos of creating a collection of brands for the modern individual," Forest said. "We are delighted to have these women support Adrian and I in bringing our creative vision to life.”
Norris added that they will continue the company's local and international expansion.
"These experienced business leaders understand our vision to bring our unique proposition to the world," Norris said.
Aje Collective’s retail network incorporates 42 stores across Australia and New Zealand, with e-commerce websites dedicated to Australia, New Zealand, US and rest of world, servicing 221 countries abroad across +30 international retailers.
Included in the new appointees is former RM Williams chief financial officer Matt Croasdaile, who is now CFO for the Aje Collective.
