Administrators for designer womenswear brand Lover are now accepting expressions of interest for the business.

Ferrier Hodgson partners Morgan Kelly and Ryan Eagle have been appointed as administrators.
Kelly said that it would be business as usual whilst the administrators assess the business and immediately call for expressions of interest for a sale as a going concern.
“Lover is an iconic and well-established fashion brand that represents a unique opportunity for interested parties.
“We plan to work closely with Lover’s management team to find an acquirer for this popular brand."
Lover was founded by Nic Briand and Susien Chong (pictured).
The company employs approximately 25 employees operating from its stores in Bondi Junction, Sydney CBD (the Strand Arcade) and through its online site as well as wholesale distribution channels.
FY17 revenue totalled AUD$5.2m.
Expressions of interest should be lodged via email before 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday 30 November 2017 and may take the form of offers for the whole or part of the business.
