Jeweller Michael Hill has launched its newest collection Fine Fashion into stores, with 30 stackable rings in the mix.

Last year, newly appointed CEO Daniel Bracken announced a strategic repositioning to run the retailer as a fashion business.

This included seasonal collections and stackable items, which had seen an early increase in same-store sales after the initial launch.

"Historically, we have not lead our messaging with product units, we have not run it like it is a fashion business.

"People have always tended to treat it as a destination, a place they go when they have business to do and not somewhere they can build a wardrobe of jewellery."

The Fine Fashion collection features 30 stackable rings, three styles of earrings and three necklaces designed to be mixed and matched with each other.

It features coloured topaz, rhodolite garnet, pink tourmaline, amethyst and morganite stones throughout.

Available in precious metals, consumers can choose between 10-carat solid yellow gold and rose gold or silver; with gems accentuated by diamonds in each piece.

Michael Hill craftsmen have intentionally angled and positioned the gems off centre in the rings, allowing for the stacked look.

Prices range from $49 to $899.
