Jewellery label Tiffany & Co has unveiled its renovated boutique at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Tiffany & Co Australia and New Zealand VP and MD Glen Schlehuber said that 10 years on from the brand's first boutique at Chadstone, the brand remains steadfast in its commitment to the retail location.

"This new boutique demonstrates our luxury leadership and ongoing commitment in Chadstone, having opened our first boutique here in 2009.

"We are excited to unveil this new and innovative boutique whilst providing our clients with the renowned quality, craftsmanship and style they expect from Tiffany," he said.

The redesigned store features refreshed, modern finishes and brings a renewed, innovative customer experience to the space.

The new layout makes way for a flexible shopping experience, with the barriers between customers and staff reduced.

The main entrance is a large, open piazza, allowing customers to explore the various collections while at the heart of the store is the love and engagement space anchored by a glass pavilion inlaid with delicate metal wheat leaf.

There is also a personalisation counter where customers can incorporate custom engraving of initials, symbols, dates and names.

Tiffany & Co divisional VP of global store design and creative visual merchandising Richard Moore said that the new store design brings a new way of shopping to the customer.

"In the customer journey, increased storytelling is introduced, bringing wit and personality from the show windows throughout the store.

"Additionally, barriers between clients and sales professionals are reduced, as we move away from a permissions-based shopping experience," he said.

The Chadstone store features Tiffany collections including Tiffany Paper Flowers, Tiffany T, Tiffany HardWear, Tiffany Victoria, Tiffany Bow and Tiffany Infinity, as well as designs by Jean Schlumberger, Elsa Peretti and Paloma Picasso.

The store reopened on October 30.
