How many roles are there and what are the key positions?
We have some exciting new projects underway, including some international retail partnerships, that will require exceptional team members at all levels to fuel the growth that we are expecting to drive.
The existing portfolio is also growing - Ginger & Smart, Mosaic, SurfStitch - underscoring the need for strong talent at all levels.
What are the key areas and roles of demand for retailers and where are the shortages?
We’re increasingly investing in our digital and data capabilities so we are always on the lookout for great people with those skills.
Senior management, general management and operational talent are also specific areas of resourcing need, to help drive the strategy and growth required for the new projects in the pipeline.
