NATIONAL: Calvin Klein Jeans has included Melbourne in a global rollout strategy spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The brand, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, has opened a concept store at Crown Entertainment Complex in Melbourne.
Located on level one, the 131sqm site is the second largest Calvin Klein Jeans location in Australia, offering men's and women's denim wear, accessories, underwear, watches and jewellery.
The new store will add to a global network of freestanding sites operated by the company or its retail partners, with flagships in Venice, Hong Kong, Rome, Venice, Milan, Turin, London, Athens, Budapest, Caori and other major international cities.
Earlier this year, Calvin Klein Collection women's creative director Francisco Costa revealed the brand's growing presence in Australia at the L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival Business Seminar.
This included the recent launch of the Calvin Klein Home furniture range in Australia and entry of its high-end fashion offer to department store Myer.
