Australian swimwear brand Skwosh has teamed up with Jackalope Hotel’s cellar door restaurant, Rare Hare, to launch a pair of trunks that can be worn from the boat to the streets.
The trunks feature Rare Hare's unique caricatures in bright pops of red, yellow, green and blue and are limited to 250 units.
Jackalope Hotel GM Tracy Atherton said that the collaboration brings Rare Hare's aesthetic to life.
"Skwosh brings a playful persona to its prints that speak to Rare Hare’s 'devil-may-care' air.
"Both brands have roots to the Mornington Peninsula and Skwosh shorts are a staple look on the Rare Hare lawn," she said.
Skwosh designer Jack ‘Stubby’ Turner added that the collaboration was a natural fit.
"Rare Hare’s visual aesthetic masters the playful look which ties in perfectly with Skwosh's tongue-in-cheek tone," he said.
The limited-edition Rare Hare trunks complement the wider Skwosh summer range 'When Nature Calls' and can be purchased from the exclusively from the Jackalope Hotel and online at the Skwosh and Rare Hare websites for $89.
