The COVID-19 pandemic shook up Australian retailers' marketing plans and budgets.

With stores closed, events off the table and customers locked down at home, marketers had to rapidly shift messaging, channels and content to suit the mood of the nation.

But with lockdowns now largely lifted across the country, marketers have again shifted their strategy, working to welcome back customers into store - letting them know it's safe to shop - while also catering to those who continue to use the eCommerce channel.

In the second day of Ragtrader's 'Retail Reinvented' series, Australia's brightest fashion marketers discuss the key consumer, marketing and engagement trends defining their businesses now and into the future.

The day begins with Facebook client partner Phil Bonanno delivering a special presentation equipping retailers and brands with strategic insights.

Then Witchery head of marketing and digital Jennifer Petropoulos, Kathmandu chief customer officer Eva Barrett and Superdry marketing manager Matthew Iozzi take the mic to close out day two of our five-part webinar series.
