The City of Sydney is encouraging local retailers to engage with its new Adapt and Advance webinar series.
The series will help businesses adapt and grow in the new trading environment with 26 free sessions, covering topics including business strategy, eCommerce, pop-ups, digital marketing, customer experience and content.
Lord Mayor Clover Moore said the program will help local businesses continue to navigate the impacts of the pandemic.
"Our retailers and hospitality providers were among those most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, so we’re helping them to innovate their business models and embrace new trends.
"I encourage small business owners and managers to make the most of our free webinar series and learn from this stellar line up of industry leaders," she said.
Meanwhile, a second instalment of the successful Reboot series of webinars will become available in February, which will be open to businesses of all types.
The February instalment comes after the first Reboot launch in October, which saw more than 2,800 online registrations and a total of 1,173 attendees.
"We created this program to meet the needs of local businesses who asked for support adapting and developing in the current climate," Lord Mayor Moore added.
The Adapt and Advance series began on January 22 and will run until March 26, while the Reboot 2021 series will run from February 22 to March 29.
More information on both programs is available on City of Sydney website.
