Rodd & Gunn has launched a new customer service initiative called the e-Lodge.

 

It promises customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

 

The brand is aiming to merge both its physical and online stores with this new initiative.

 

Customers are able to call or live chat with one of Rodd & Gunn's sales assistants in an e-Lodge appointed destination.

 

Depending on the time of the day, customers may be either talking to the team in Auckland, Melbourne or New York.

 

The e-Lodge has been introduced to deliver a better customer experience both online and in-store.
