Rebel has launched its latest customer experience store in Penrith, NSW.
Rebel Penrith is the 11th Australian experience store to be rolled out nationally by the sportswear retailer.
The concept aims to deliver an elevated in-store experience with state-of-the-art technology, as well as incorporating an interactive football zone and 'The Home of Basketball' area.
Rebel GM of retail Tom Leak said the store aimed to engage customers through a range of channels and experiences.
“We are so excited to open our Penrith experience store that will inspire customers to chase their sporting dreams and passion, which is the ethos of what we do at Rebel.
"The new Rebel Penrith experience store focuses on digital innovation, inspiring customers at every available touch point throughout the store that brings the shopping experience to life.”
The grand opening also saw the announcement of a new partnership between Rebel and CommBank Matilda’s player, Mary Fowler.
Fowler, a rising star in the national football squad, was recently named the Professional Football Australia’s “Young Female Footballer of the Year – 2022”.
Rebel and Fowler have partnered to create a 10 part docu-series to be shared on Rebel channels later this year.
The docu-series includes topics such as facing adversity, the pursuit of constant improvement, goal setting as well as the previously taboo topics such as menstruation in sport.
