Outdoor adventure brand Patagonia is set to restructure operations, in response to COVID-19.
Patagonia has temporarily adjusted stores and office operating hours in Australia to help reduce risks for its community.
Patagonia bricks-and-mortar stores will now be open from 11am-3pm.
While the online store is still open, it is working closely with its team to ensure their safety while fulfilling orders.
"We apologise that over the next fortnight, there will be delays on orders and customer service requests," Patagonia said in a statement.
"We ask for your understanding and patience during this time, and we will be reassessing and sharing an update on March 27."
Patagonia employees who can work from home will be doing so, with all staff receiving their regular pay during this closure.
"Over the years, as our Patagonia community has been faced with challenges, we have always been inspired by how we emerge stronger and with an even deeper sense of purpose. We will persevere through this challenge, too," the company said.
"Thank you for your business, loyalty and patience."
