Australian surfwear brand Mambo Surf De Luxe has added 20 of its SKUs to The Iconic, with a further product rollout in the pipeline. 

Mambo Surf De Luxe brand manager Matt Macaulay said the partnership presented an alignment of values, "particularly when it came to the customer experience."

“The Iconic also shared our passion for Mambo’s history and were excited to join us in re-releasing our heritage capsules and being part of a bigger journey with the brand's evolution," Macaulay said.

“In making this decision, we tapped into our brand's own consumer buying trends, recognising that our customers like to create looks that are uniquely their own, combining Mambo Surf De Luxe with other trending brands.

"So, partnering with a company that offers unparalleled variety for expression was an obvious and strategic step for us.”

Mambo Surf De Luxe is a premium offshoot to the existing Mambo Australia brand currently sold through Big W.

The collection, which launched with 140 SKUs, features heritage artwork from original Mambo artists Reg Mombassa and Dave Mckay, alongside new talent like Melbourne artist Chloe Kovska. 

It includes apparel and accessories, with t-shirts starting at $59.99 and 'loud shirts' starting at $89.99.
