Australian shoppers will be able to indulge in some of the best design talent New Zealand has to offer when the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise's (NZTE) 'Discover New' hub launches at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
Made all that much sweeter following the announcement of the Trans-Tasman Travel Bubble, the hub confirms the strong trade relations between Australia and New Zealand.
Discover New will showcase New Zealand designers including Karen Walker and Kate Sylvester as well as up-and-coming designer brands such as Yu Mei, Meadowlark and Crywolf.
It will also feature skincare, homewares and furniture brands.
NZTE trade commissioner, Vanessa O’Neill welcomed the launch of the hub.
"This May, Discover New gives Australians the chance to ‘discover’ and experience New Zealand brands in a unique setting.
"The country has a rich design culture that rivals the best in the world.
"There is a unique perspective that New Zealanders bring that’s fresh and constantly challenging convention, so the opportunity for our two economies and people to work together is compelling.
"This Trans-Tasman bubble opens the doors to many future partnerships," she said.
